Since its launch in 2008, the “Spider” putter has been supported by tour players around the world and has contributed to numerous victories in major tournaments. The flagship model “Spider,” which achieved high stability and forgiveness with its high moment of inertia, which can be said to be the origin of the putter, has its performance improved with the latest technology. Furthermore, for the first time in the “Spider TOUR” series, it has been fused with the “TRUSS hosel,” which is trusted by many golfers, and has been reborn as the new “Spider TOUR TRUSS,” which is resistant to mishits and achieves high stability.

The flagship model of TaylorMade, the Spider TOUR TRUSS putter, is known for its most distinctive and impressive head shape among all putters. The combination of its unique shape and the TRUSS hosel creates a high moment of inertia, which provides high forgiveness and stability even when hit off-center at impact, and is designed to prevent significant deviations in direction and distance.
Special head shape and color for easier setup
A new structure in which the body and TRUSS hosel are more integrated. The head shape is exclusive to the TRUSS hosel model, unified in black, and provides a clear view when addressing the ball. The synergistic effect with the single sight line improves ease of addressing the ball, makes it easier to imagine the line to the cup, and supports a natural stroke.
Pure Roll™ insert creates soft sound and feel
The white TPU Pure Roll™ insert is made of a composite of Surlyn and aluminum. The grooves, angled downward at 45 degrees, efficiently generate topspin and ensure a smooth roll. The shape of the insert is also specially designed for the TRUSS hosel model, resulting in a beautiful design that harmonizes with the golfer’s appearance.
Accurate center of gravity and high design quality
This model has been updated to a one-piece structure with a hollowed-out center of the head. The steel wire frame allows for precise center of gravity placement, resulting in a superstructure that enhances stability and forgiveness. In addition, the combination with the lightweight carbon composite TRUSS hosel allows for the optimal center of gravity design for each model, making it possible to develop five models to suit different putting styles and preferences.
Pleasant feel and sound
While maintaining the distinctive Spider head shape, the new model features a vibration-absorbing material called HYBRAR ECHO® on the rear of the face, which reduces unnecessary vibrations and provides a comfortable feel and sound when hitting the ball.
