The refined feel and sound of soft iron
The club employs a processing technology developed by TaylorMade called “Compact Grain Forging.” By repeatedly forging S25C soft iron five times using a 2000t press, more than twice the capacity of a regular press, the club produces high-density iron, providing the soft, refined feel that only soft iron can provide.
Excellent operability and swing-through
A large mass is placed in the center of the back face to achieve a deep feel on impact, while a tungsten weight and ceramic core are built in(*) for each club to control the weight and center of gravity, resulting in an optimal launch angle and amount of spin.

The highly flat face, processed using a precision machine milling process, and the sharp grooves, similar to those on wedges, produce the optimal trajectory and spin that golfers desire, enabling them to achieve shots without compromise.
